Our founder, Marianne Borenstein, started Thrive Senior Transitions after guiding both her mother and her in-laws through their extremely complex international home and life transitions. She recognized a gap in services that truly help seniors and their families navigate these life changes with dignity, while easing the emotional toll and minimizing the friction they often create.
With over 30 years in leading global customer success, project management, and high-impact transformations for world-class companies like DISNEY, TESLA, and VIRTA HEALTH, Marianne brings the same level of care, organization, and results to families in transition. Driven by a passion for helping people feel supported and prepared for what’s next, she founded Thrive Senior Transitions to ensure that seniors and their loved ones not only move through change, but truly thrive because of it.
